Alright guys. I've gained 8 pounds in one week. It's seriously time for me to lose a few.
To document, here are my rules to keep this healthy. You're more then welcome to follow me through my journey.
RULES:
1. Eight cups of water a day (Minimum)
2. Exercise at least 6 hours a week.
3. Walk, bike, and take the stairs whenever possible.
4. No sugary drinks.
5. Chew slowly.
6. Eat only when sitting to avoid excessive snacking.
7. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
8. One small treat after dinner on good days.
9. No food after 7:00PM.
10. Never lose sight of your goals.
I'm going to diet based on calorie intake.
Day One will be tomorrow. There's 30 days total. Here are the first 15! :)
Day 1 = 400 calories
Day 2 = 300 calories
Day 3 = 400 calories
Day 4 = 500 calories
Day 5 = 450 calories
Day 6 = 650 calories
Day 7 = 650 calories
Day 8 = 400 calories
Day 9 = 300 calories
Day 10 = 400 calories
Day 11 = 500 calories
Day 12 = 450 calories
Day 13 = 650 calories
Day 14 = 700 calories *party hard*
Day 15 = 400 calories
(Fruits and vegetables do not count in the total.)
